THE WORKOUTS CHANGE EVERY 2 WEEKS SO YOU’LL JUST ABOUT HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO GET USED TO THE MOVES BUT ALSO NOT GET BORED.
THE SHIFT PROGRAM VIDEOS ARE ALL IN REAL TIME WHICH MEANS:
You don’t have to worry about reps and sets. Just like having a coach in person, I do that for you so you don’t have to.
Through every push up, squat, lunge and crunch I’m right beside you helping you get better. Inch by inch, one session at a time.
The most important thing to me is you being safe and doing the moves properly…so I will have to keep you in line with important cues on proper form. This way you’ll get the most out of the sessions and everybody wins.
