The SHIFT Bespoke 8 with group coaching is an online solution for the future.

It involves me designing a complete physical training programme from scratch to help you achieve the goals you commit to.

After you give me all the relevant information, I will create a bespoke programme for you that will span 8 weeks in total and then coach you through it.

How It Works

To give you an amazing online group coaching experience, I will ask you to send over a ‘before’ style picture.

I will also ask you to fill out a fitness survey.

This will allow me to gauge your starting point; how muscly you are, your current body fat and of course body type (Mesomorph, Endomorph, Ectomorph).

You will also need to do a brief fitness test. This allows me to make sure that your workouts are pitched at the right intensity level for you.

Your nutritional framework will then match up with your training plan.

Each days intake and macro splits will reflects the training you are going to do that day.

What do I get in my package?

Tailored 8 week training plan – Give me three to five days from when you sign up and I will design the programme to suit your needs. Each training week will show you exactly what workouts to do and the exercise selection you’ll need. I will also explain why this training protocol has been chosen and how it’s positioned to serve your goal.

Bespoke 8 week nutritional framework – I don’t believe in restrictive meal plans as they are not the most effective solution for most people. Your body is not a computer or a machine so treating it like one will not help you in the best way. I give you bespoke nutritional targets that change depending on the day and type of workout you’re doing. This makes it much easier for you to stick to. This in turn leads to better results because the best “meal plan” is the one that you stick to.

Exercise library – As an online personal training customer, you will have full access to my video exercise library. There are a multitude of exercises, short workouts and mobility drills in the library and every exercise included in your training plan will have a corresponding video with full teaching points to make sure that your technique is perfect.

Educational resources – I’m trying to fire myself. As much as I love being an online personal trainer to my clients, its also my job to equip them with enough fitness knowledge and resources to be able to take control of their health and indeed that of their families. 

What kind of support do I get?

With this particular package, support will primarily be available throughout your online group coaching programme via weekly zoom calls.

You along with the others in your cohort will be assigned a regular time slot for the weekly call.

If you have any queries, you must let me know in advance so I can have an answer for you at the time of the meeting.

In addition, you have the option of communicating via email – all this once you sign up.
